So, it's that time of the year again where most people -- including me, to make some New Year's Resolutions. I've never really make proper resolutions before. I kinda said, 'oh, this year I'm going to not eat this and that, eat this and that but don't eat that all the time" and eventually ended up failing the resolution. But this year, I'm going to make some serious New Year's Resolutions that I'm gonna do it for real. FOR REAL. (hopefully)
#1 GET A PROPER FITNESS ROUTINE
Now I'm pretty sure that this is a New Year's Resolutions of like 95% of people in this world. I mean come on, people eat. A lot. And when they do, they get fats all around their bodies. And they obviously want to get rid of it. So, this year, I'm teaming up with my mother and we are going to have a lot of fun together jogging around Tasek Cempaka (and have Nasi Lemak and Teh Tarik for breakfast afterwards.) I'm gonna stick to this routine and make it a part of my lifestyle. Also, I need to cut down eating sweet foods (although I find it quite difficult cause my teeth are sweet (i meant sweet tooth you silly little baby cubs)), chocolates and stuff. And the hardest part about this particular resolution will probably be eating more veggies. Now, some of you may not know, I despise veggies. The only veggies that I think taste kinda nice are brocolli , celery, and 'pucuk paku' ( is it fern in english? nope.) Other than these are unacceptable to my tongue. But, this year I will challenge myself to eat more green for the sake of a better health. :p
#2 BE MORE POSITIVE.
I happen to be a very negative person. When something bad or even good happened, I always look it on the worst side (probably because I have OCD. It's true, I have OCD. I took an online test on the internet and found out that I am likely to have OCD) I never try to look it on the other way around because I thought when you look at the worst side, you will be prepared for the unexpected bad things things that are going to happen. But it turned out that I was partially wrong. So, this year, I'm going to change my mindset be more positive, and make the best out of the bad.
#3 BE MORE PRODUCTIVE
In 2012, I waste a lot of my times just doing nothing and useless. Spending countless time on the Internet and something like that. This year or I like to call it "The Year Where I Will Change and Be A Better Person.", I will become a more productive person and spend more time doing something that useful and at the same time enjoyable. Insha Allah! :D
#4 BE A MORE DEDICATED MUSLIM
It explains everything. I want to be a better muslim and dedicated more of time for my deen. (this actually includes #3)
So, I only have 4 resolutions this year which I will try to keep them throughout this year, if God willing! and hopefully I would have a great 2013! :D
nice entry :)
